Our Visitors....

 

      These are our visitors that come stop over during the day.Some days there more than what you see here.They take a walk around the pool ,take a drink or two from it.Some have actually gotten in it.      

                           

Brave duck. He just came up on our little deck.He was curious .Just stood there watching my 16 yr- old play his guitar while he was sitting on the bench.The other ducks hung out in the water by the dock swimming around.

These have been some visitors within the past few months...

        

Having a lake in your back yard you will have days where you never know what to expect.There is a wide variety of them.You will hear then coming as well as they swim by or like I said come up for a  visit.They are fun to watch.We dont feed them.If we did they would never leave. They have a way at times leaving feathers along the way as well for other messy surprises .

Gift in the mail....

This sweet gift came to the mail. I love the paper to the ribbon.I didn't want to open it right away,I just wanted to look at the details of it.It is so pretty.

Pretty.....What a special gift. The time she took to think of me to make for Valentine's Day for me.Means soo very much.
It's from my friend Bren....Thank-You so much Bren!!!!!!!You are a sweet heart !!Bren is really good at being creative.Like I said before her baking to cooking up wonderful dishes is so delicious too!I Hope you are still liking the cold out there ,Bren ?? He He....We tease each other about the weather.Being from Il    Brrr... COLD!!! Too COLD !!.Here is AZ nice and warm.Today a little windy yet still nice enough for a little sweater.

A start of a New Year.....

Rearranging,cleaning,reorganizing.I'm it is that time for everyone to do.I have seen so many inspiring blogs put there.I am looking forward to styling my own little lake cottage here.Sometimes it's hard to get away from the computer.Like I said there are just so much inspiration and creativity and the feeling of friendship that grows throughout .I absolutely love it.
