 Here is our pantry closet reused into displaying some of my favorite fun funds. and some precious little Willows from family and friends are incorporated into the decor. This was so much fun to put together.. I love adding little details as well to it. I have little vintage lids  and some buttons scattered,  wooden cloths pins in the vintage white flower pots, old vintage hose nozzles, spools of string, vintage shoe laces.As you can see my love for ironstone. Im ready for spring you can say ?? Even though here in AZ the weather is much different than some of you are having. It is a adjustment from living in the Midwest at times.I do love the sunshine here.

Sweet Salvage Event.......

Do you like what you see ?? I know I do . Harvest Moon Event I got to see all of this and so much more I wanted to share my pics with you and see for yourself..The display were set beautifully and caught your eye .. I was very inspired I didn't want to miss out on any detail being there. I really was in  awww...My husband was getting into all the cool things too. I recognized Dawn  from bohemianvahalla.blogspot.com. I went up and said hi and introduced myself. She is one very cool chick. Dawn if you are reading this I hope i will seen you again soon. Maybe another event??  This was a 4 day shopping event that was held September 11th through the 18th.I know .. Yeah, I know its already over . I even bought a really cool industrial bin there. I set it by our fireplace.It looks really good with the quilts I put in it.I am looking forward to the next event.The French Market. themed 4 day event. Which is great being a 4 day event you got plenty of days to load up,right ?? Im sure this one will be right up my road.  I  do love the French style. Especially I am also part french.Ok....You want to know where the location is and the next event  is?? Ok Ok I will share it  with you.

Entry of front door

This is the entry as you come into our front door.The half wall on the right is the one side of the dining room area.To the left is the hallway that goes to the bathroom and to the bedrooms.The light fixtures have to go. i do not like these what so ever.Not my style.We have some chandy's that we bought.We have a really cool one we bought in the French Quarter when we spent 2 weeks there. Love the French Quarter.Definitely have to make another trip there.The food ?? The food is absolutely delicious.

Hallway that is on the right side of the entry way of the front door.

This hallway does have a coat and linen closet to the right hand side as you go down the hallway.Maser bedroom is on the right side  at the end of the hallway. The other 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the left side of the hallway.it needs color to the walls to warm it up.

Living Room area with fireplace and 2 side windows tha look out to our pool.

This is the first room as you see when you walk through our front door.There is a little step to walk in to this room. The 2 window that are on the side of the fireplace does have blinds on them.The sun here can be pretty hot and likes to warm up your home. I do like to keep them open at times.I love looking at our pool and the outside view of the palm trees that grow in the back orchard here.There was no mantel or ceiling fan when we bought this house.We  must go and try and find a mantel for this poor soul.Paint needed too! The carpet isn't too bad.I can vision some beautiful dark wood floors in here.To the right of the living room you have a little step that is open to the family room.There is a short wall that divides these rooms.This house really need some dressing up.It will be a fun challenging time doing so.

Ok ....Now back to finishing unpacking and arranging things around.I wanted to share  some  pics of our home .I have got curious friends out there who have been wanting to see what our home here in Arizona looks like,This house like our other house does remind me of a cottage type home. it definitely is different then the home we lived in back in Il. Alot of the houses out here are.They definitely are built different then what we are used of seeing.Interesting...... I have seen some beautiful homes too.The kind that should be in a table top book. I will  be adding more pics of our home .It has been cooler here 90's.I hope you all have a fun and creative day....Chickie

You can peek through the front gate door and see the beautiful tile that is the inside for flooring.I think some plants with color and a touch of accessories will cutify it up.

Friendship and Fun Finds.......

This is my best friend's car filled with some really cool chairs that she bought from Zinnias here in Phoenix.It was soo much fun.The things that one will do to buy that one or more fun find.I ended up riding in the back seat o her car .So worth the ride.Of course we laughed all the way back to her house. Hope everyone is having a fun week....Chickie

Na- Da Farm Event May 20-21

These are some photo's that I took from  the Na-Da Farm Sale last May. I was living back in Dixon,Il at the time.I lived there for many years. Which is not far from Ann Marie's Farm in Creston. For me I planned on going for weeks and planned to go so I took the time and went to this FABULOUS sale.It was so good to be able to go to such a FANTASTIC sale.I still think about how everything was in place and how it looked that evening. The candles that flickered throughout and the BEAUTIFUL colors of delicious treats.I can't forget about the glass of wine that I drank while in the other hand  I got to have a taste of a delicious chocolate while browsing around all over the barn and outside as well too. Ok, I had a glass or 3.It really fit the mood. This was FUN !!I didn't want to miss any details..It was CLASSY too.Oh... every where I turned I saw such INSPIRATION of some really WONDERFUL hand-made things.The woman that came were in awwws and oh's as they too saw the  things that were displayed so BEAUTIFULLY.
This barn looked like something that should be out of a book.The kind that you would be PLEASED to pick up every time and NEVER get tired of what your eyes could see.I still love looking back at all of my photos and yes I still say "Oh my,I just LOVE all the things that I got to see there".I was seeing familiar faces.They were the woman that I saw everyday over morning coffee with.The faces of my favorite blogs.They didn't know it at the time.(Even though I had plenty of wine,he he).I got shy .  So I wandered quietly through the crowd of them. Next time maybe I wont be so shy???The woman that put all their TALENT to make such WONDERFUL things and even all the time to pull it all together are ABSOLUTELY FAB.I probably would have been snacking on a few treats or more if I was helping out,he he.They made you feel very welcomed there. To think that this event will even have MORE TALENTED woman there is  killing me ....I have to admit I am SADLY going to MISS this.. My friends that know me well know this. I'm am telling them all to go.I even posted this event on my facebook  page .This will be a FANTASTIC event trust me Im am POSITIVE on this one.Go if you can it is well WORTH it.Next year for sure I plan on coming back to town and going to it.
To my sister Kimberly and Lauren(from Cracker Jax. A fun shop in Dekalb).Enjoy ...Think about me back here in AZ., girls !!Maybe I should have got hooked up with Beth Quinn he he ??Hey she is from out here.She will be displaying her jewelery there.Along with TALENTED woman.The list is long.Can you see that it is killing me  (sniff).I am looking forward to seeing everyone's pic's that they put out there.
